If you would like to return your items or are unhappy with your order, you can send your items back in accordance with our Return Policy:
- The customer must send the items back within 30 days of the delivery date to get a full refund.
- The customer must send the items unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
- The customer must send the items free of stains, deodorant, makeup, or wear.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your items.
- Shop Evolvo or Ēvolvō Studio Inc. does not provide pre-paid return labels; customers are responsible for covering any shipping costs to return.
- If there are any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you must report them within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not reported within 2 days of delivery, Shop Evolvo or Ēvolvō Studio Inc. will not issue a store credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
- If you return an item, it must include the original packaging and a completed return request form for us to process your return. The return request form will be sent to you by email when you request a refund. If the return request form is not filled properly, there may be delays in the processing of your return.
- Please keep your proof of shipment and email us the tracking number of your returned package. Note that we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
- We will not issue exchanges or returns without proof of receipt and delivery.
- Your return package may take multiple days to reach us depending on the type of shipping and carrier selected.
- You can use USPS to return your items by mail. Refer to the flat rate shipping since it is convenient (find more information on usps.com. Shipping costs and charges are your responsibility and must be prepaid.
- Please note that we are not able to change orders that have been placed on our system. Make sure your address is properly written and includes all important information. The use of correct building names, street numbers and abbreviations are essential to ensure your package is properly delivered. Shop Evolvo or Evolvo Studio Inc. is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Shop Evolvo or Evolvo Studio Inc. reserves the right to solely limit and define, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time because of the following reasons:
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
- Irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, missing items or damaged.
- Excessive or irregular returns history, indicative of wardrobing.
Shop Evolvo or Evolvo Studio Inc. reserves the right to refuse online service to any entity or customer, due to similar actions as noted above.
Items such as swimwear are considered final sale and non-refundable.
Currently we do not make any item exchanges for purchases made online since we cannot promise the item purchased will be in-stock in the size and style needed by the customer.
Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please check the delivered items as soon as you receive your order. If one of your items is defective, incorrect, or missing, please email email@example.com within 2 days of delivery. In the email, attach a picture, a brief description of the issue, and your order number for us to help you as soon as possible.
If you receive a damaged product, please take a picture of the item clearly showing the damaged area and send it to our email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a brief description of the damaged item with your order number. Once our customer care team received the email, we will assess the damage and contact you.
Returns by Mail
In your return package, please include a filled out returns request form, which will be sent to you by email once you request a refund. Note that the returns request form must be filled out correctly for us to quickly process the return. If the returns request form is filled out incorrectly, your return may experience some delays. If the order number on the returns request form and/or the item is incorrect, we will not be able to process your return. There must be a separate return form for per item returned and per order.
You can use your packing slip provided with your order for the return. Please mark your slip by including return reason code and the name of the item on the packing slip.
Items must be returned in the original condition, please include all paperwork, accessories, and packaging. Make sure that your items are secure in the original product packaging. Items must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed.
Return shipping charges must be prepaid. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted. We suggest that you use USPS flat rate with tracking number and insurance. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
