Shipping Policy

 

Your order will be delivered within 7- 20 business days. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order and another email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Free international shipping on orders over 97 $CAD of purchase

Customers who purchase over 97 $CAD have the option for free shipping at checkout. The order must be 97 $CAD before taxes and shipping fees. The customer is responsible for selecting the free shipping option at checkout. If the customer selects the regular shipping charge when purchasing over 97 $CAD, he/she is responsible for the shipping fee and no refunds will be issued.

Customer purchasing under 97 $CAD will be charged a shipping fee, which varies depending on the type of shipping selected.

Delivery Delays

Most orders take about 7-15 business days to ship to their destination depending on the country the customer is located in. However, there may be variations and external circumstances which are out of our control and may affect the time of delivery.

Since our warehouse is in Asia, some local holidays might alter delivery dates up to 21 business days

Due to COVID19, there are certain limitations on shipping companies that we work with. These limitations are enforced by their policies and the government. This may cause some delivery delays, which are out of our control. We ask our customers to please be patient.

Import Duties & Taxes

Customer’s order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), these are incurred once a shipment gets to the customer’s country. Shop Evolvo or Ēvolvō Studio Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applier and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

The shipping company does not deliver to PO Box. The customer will be contacted about this situation and any PO Box address will be refused.

Tracking information

Once we ship the customer’s item, we will send him/her an email with the tracking number to the email provided by him/her at checkout. The customer is entirely responsible to keep track of their packages for any situation.

If you don’t receive an email with the tracking number of your order after 10 business days, please contact us at info@evolvostudio.com or on our social media channels. We suggest that you first check your spam and junk mailbox in case the email went in that folder.

Shop Evolvo or Ēvolvō Studio Inc. is and will not be responsible for your package once it has been shipped. Shop Evolvo or Ēvolvō Studio Inc. will not follow up or contact the shipping company for any questions, concerns, or problems with the package. The customer is responsible for keeping track and contacting the shipping company for any situation.
