21 DAY FULL BODY ĒVOLVŌ CHALLENGE

 

 

Target: Full Body Toning Transformation

Duration: 21 days

Workouts: 30 - 60 mins (you can decide how long you want your workouts to be! Pick your fave workouts that amount to minimum 30 minutes in total per day)

Commitment: 5 days per week

 

Warmups and stretches are optional, but I strongly recommend that you always do them to prevent injuries and help your body recover & warm up!
