Day 4 - Active Rest Day - Walk, run, dance, play sports, stretch, do something that keeps your body active for 15 - 30 minutes! (Stretching Optional)

 

 

 

Day 5 - Upper + ABS Burn

 

 

Day 6 - HIIT IT!
